Euthanasia & Hospice

Euthanizing your pet is never an easy decision, but it is always important to keep your pets health in their best interest. Some dogs and cats will pass peacefully on their own, but in many cases, the will to survive keeps a dog going long past the point of experiencing good quality of life.

Most of the factors around aging and death are beyond our control, but the one thing you are able to do for your dog is alleviate undue pain and suffering. Nonetheless, no other decision you make about your dog will be as difficult as the one to euthanize but in so many cases, it is the only humane option. If for whatever reason you are having a difficult time making your decision please do not hesitate to call our office. We are here to help answer any questions you may have.

Below we have provided you with reading material that can help you make the right decision for your pet. If you feel that you would like to proceed with your decision we have also provided you with the euthanasia consent form that would need to be filled out and signed prior to having this service done.
